5 days of groupcoaching
We will conduct 5 days of interactive coaching sessions in small groups of maximum 8 people. We will focus on topics like setting common goals, inclusive communication, motivation and strengths based teamwork.
These sessions will be very practical and learnings will immediately be applied to your personal situation.
These sessions will allow you to revisit your own leadershipstyle and reshape it going forward.
5 individual coaching sessions
During your individual coaching sessions, we will elaborate on topics which might still be difficult for you personally or explore situations in which you might still be stuck. Your internal resistance and thought patterns will be considered and you will create your own strategy for success. This combination of groupcoachings and individual coaching sessions will allow you to get the most out of the leadership program.
Workbook and syllabus
Of course, you will also get a full syllabus which details all learnings from the sessions. Next to this, you will also get a workbook which contains the exercises and questions which can get you back on track when the need arrises.
5 days of groupcoaching:
Setting clear goals
A clear and common goal can really make a team bond. It’s a super powerful tool. How can you ensure that everyone has bought into your team goals? How can the common goal help the organization, but also the individual teammembers? These are the topics for this session.
During the session on inclusive communication, we will discover what are the most common mistakes in communication. What makes us feel misunderstood and what makes others feel misunderstood by us? We will evolve from a ‘yes, but…’ communication to a bi-directional ‘and… and…’ communication. We’ll create win-win strategies and translate these into our communication patterns.
Everyone has his or her own reasons for (not) doing certain items. In this session, you’ll discover what are the intrinsic motivators and drivers of your teammembers and how you can interact with these. You’ll also learn how to intercept subtle signals and how to put them in the bigger context. This will allow you to take quick action when motivation might be slipping.
Everyone is a high-performer
Everyone has his strengths and weaknesses and each teammember has his or her own skills and talents. Learn how to capitalize on these talents and how to pair up teammembers with complementary skills. This will allow you to maximize your team’s efforts and motivate your team to outperform their own expectations.
Each participant will get the ‘hotseat’ for 1 hour during which he or she can bring a topic to the table on which the other participants and the coaches will provide their input. The hotseat will allow you to get new insights and concrete actions to get started on your topic.
