Program

3 days of training and groupcoaching
We will conduct 3 days of training and group coaching in small groups. During these days, you will discover your personal values and drivers. You will discover where your personal beliefs are coming from and what you can do to change some beliefs which are no longer serving you.

5 individual coaching sessions
During your individual coaching sessions, we will elaborate on topics which might still be difficult for you personally or explore situations in which you might still be stuck. Your internal resistance and thought patterns will be considered and you will create your own strategy for success.

Workbook and exercises
You will receive a personal workbook with questions and exercises to guide you through the process. It will be your future reference when you feel you might be losing track or want to reconfirm your values or new-found beliefs.

Your values and drivers
In this first day, we will discover your compass of values which guide you through your life. You will learn how to use them consciously to make decisions which feel good.
We will use the Enneagram tool to understand your drivers and how they impact your daily decisions.

Choosing your beliefs
All our drivers also have a pitfall associated with them, which we will investigate during this session. You will learn to understand your pitfalls, start seeing your blind spots and create strategies for working around these.
We will also see how we often tell ourselves lies, which will ultimately deteriorate our relationships, but also our quality of life. We will learn how to tackle these in a more effective way, so that life and work feels easier.

Navigating and driving change
All change is difficult and there are many hoops to jump before embracing change. We will learn how you can be intrinsically or externally triggered for change, how you can be braver in failing and how failure is just another clue to get on the right path.
