Organizational leadership

Coaching, training and advice for leaders who want to lead and inspire in their organizations so that they create a motivating culture.

Are you in search of a flourishing company culture where people can thrive?

Sometimes, when you are at work, you are really wondering what you’re doing there. You are not inspired by a vision or a direction and you have no clue how your work is contributing to something bigger. It’s even painful to be at work, because your work is not valued.

Now, imagine that your team members are feeling this way… That they don’t feel valued and appreciated in their work, that they feel like they are stuck in an organization where they cannot contribute. What would be the quality of work of such team members?

But it’s not only the quality of work that deteriorates when your team members are not motivated and inspired. They are starting to put their own performance and achievements above those of the team. They are no longer collaborating as a team. They are sometimes even taking decisions which damage the company.

When this happens, your organization is in a bad shape and it will take some effort to turn this culture around. The good news is that you can turn this around. You can ensure that your team is motivated, inspired and collaborative. By creating a culture of trust, giving responsibility, engaging in productive conflict, empowering people to ask questions and ensuring that ego is inferior to results.

Based on this culture, you will be able to build a long-term vision instead of short-term gains. Your team will understand that their collaboration is worth more than their individual inputs. They will learn to work together as friends and the quality of their work will sky-rocket.

So, do you also want an organization which achieves sustainable results? Where your long-term vision delivers added value? Then let’s reshape your organization culture together!

Recognize this?

  • You are not getting the desired results from your team
  • People in the organization say that they are not always inspired
  • There is a culture of individual performance
  • You are not finding the synergies within your teams you would expect
  • People are sometimes escaping their responsibilities
  • Your colleagues and team members are nice, but you would not call them friends – at all

Long-term vision

A long-term vision within the organization that is known by everyone and to which everyone is happily contributing. All your team members are working in the same direction and know how they contribute to the bigger goals of the company.

Engaged & inspired organization

Everyone in the organization is inspired and motivated by the long-term vision. Moreover, everyone feels like they are belonging to the organization and that they are part of something bigger. They would kill for the organization.

1 + 1 = 3

Everyone is collaborating for the good of the company, rather than for their own good. People from within different areas of the organization help each other, because that’s what they do.

What happy clients say

“I had the great opportunity to get advices from Birgit in an HEC leadership training. She provided me very relevant advices with regards to management of self and others. Birgit is great in listening to others and I had several to-the-point recommendations that were very useful in for improving my leadership style and making the decision making smoother in a complex environment (multi-cultural for instance). I would definitively recommend Birgit for coaching activities.”

Paul Bayle

“Birgit is a very enthusiastic and competent coach who really listens and responds to the needs of the coachee. Her extensive experience in consulting and project management is of great added value. By asking the right questions at the right time, she supported me in doing critical self-reflection. I would definitely recommend her as a coach.”

Stéphanie Vets

During her coaching, Birgit shows the coachee how and where to improve – not in a directive manner, but in a way that the coachee sees the gaps himself and can formulate his own path for improvement. Birgit will also continue to support you after the coaching session, informing about your progress and making corrective suggestions if and when necessary. In small steps, she helps the coachee to reach a common goal.

Malika Rahou

“During her coachings, Birgit creates a ‘safe space’ and she knows how to build trust with a client. She always asks clarifying questions and her curiosity drives the question “what’s possible here?” She allowed me to discover what works for me and guided me through my journey. But she also shared information in a way that allows me to learn. For me, it was the perfect balance. Thanks a lot Birgit. Wishing you much luck on your coaching business!”

Leen Lievens

““I don’t do short-term” she told me once after we had recently met and started working together. And that quote always stuck. Birgit has an almost innate passion to make people grow, both professionally as well as personally, and she is excellent at it!”
