Are you in search of a flourishing company culture where people can thrive?
Sometimes, when you are at work, you are really wondering what you’re doing there. You are not inspired by a vision or a direction and you have no clue how your work is contributing to something bigger. It’s even painful to be at work, because your work is not valued.
Now, imagine that your team members are feeling this way… That they don’t feel valued and appreciated in their work, that they feel like they are stuck in an organization where they cannot contribute. What would be the quality of work of such team members?
But it’s not only the quality of work that deteriorates when your team members are not motivated and inspired. They are starting to put their own performance and achievements above those of the team. They are no longer collaborating as a team. They are sometimes even taking decisions which damage the company.
When this happens, your organization is in a bad shape and it will take some effort to turn this culture around. The good news is that you can turn this around. You can ensure that your team is motivated, inspired and collaborative. By creating a culture of trust, giving responsibility, engaging in productive conflict, empowering people to ask questions and ensuring that ego is inferior to results.
Based on this culture, you will be able to build a long-term vision instead of short-term gains. Your team will understand that their collaboration is worth more than their individual inputs. They will learn to work together as friends and the quality of their work will sky-rocket.
So, do you also want an organization which achieves sustainable results? Where your long-term vision delivers added value? Then let’s reshape your organization culture together!
Recognize this?
- You are not getting the desired results from your team
- People in the organization say that they are not always inspired
- There is a culture of individual performance
- You are not finding the synergies within your teams you would expect
- People are sometimes escaping their responsibilities
- Your colleagues and team members are nice, but you would not call them friends – at all

3 days of training and groupcoaching
We will conduct 3 days of training and group coaching in small groups. Additionally, you will learn how to inspire your teams through facilitating leadership.

5 individual coaching sessions
During your individual coaching sessions, we will elaborate on topics which might still be difficult for you personally or explore situations in which you might still be stuck. Your internal resistance and thought patterns will be considered and you will create your own strategy for success.

Workbook and exercises
You will receive a personal workbook with questions and exercises to guide you through the process. It will be your future reference when you lose track of some principles around trust, inspirational leadership, responsibility, engagement, etc.
3 days of groupcoaching:
1
Building trust
The first principle for building a thriving organizational culture is to build trust. That will be the focus of this first day: what does it mean to build trust, how do you build trust and how do you ensure there is trust within your organization. You will also learn how balanced conflicts help you to build trust and ensure better collaboration.
2
Responsibility
On this second day, you will learn about belonging and responsibility and about how they help in driving results. People who receive responsibility are happier and perform better, so you will discover your own strategies for giving responsibility and taking responsibility. In addition, you will learn how to build a strategy for long-term results within the organization.
3
Inspirational leadership
One of the tasks of a leader is to inspire his/her teams, so that they are willingly contributing to the realization of the vision of the leader. This will be the focus of the third day: shaping your own inspirational leadership style and creating an inspired organizational culture.
