Ever since I was a little girl, I have been trying to find clever solutions to difficult problems. The more challenging the situation, the more dedicated I was to find the best way to tackle it. That’s how I ended up studying civil engineering, because after all, it was the most difficult thing you could do. And that’s also how I started my consulting career: solving difficult business questions was exactly the challenge I was looking for.

Over the years, I started to realise that many of these difficult situations have a common ground. Very often, they arise from interpersonal issues, tensions or miscommunications and an analytical mind alone is definitely not enough to get these resolved.

That was the trigger I needed to start studying the most complex topic on this planet: people, their mindset and the interpersonal connections. Through many different trainings, on-the-job experiences, mentoring sessions, coaching sessions, reading books and a formal coaching education, I became an ICF certified coach. Apart from raising my kids, it’s probably the most difficult thing I have ever done. And at the same time, it is very rewarding to coach people and see them grow and flourish and do things they thought were impossible.

Whether it’s in my consulting or in my coaching, you can count on me to go ‘all-in’ and get the best results. But you’d better be prepared to go through a personal revolution as well!
